Q: I have not received my email link for my e-ticket , what should I do?

A: Sometimes this email can go in to your spam folder , your e-ticket is always in your happy bus account . Please log in from the website with your password and user name to print e-ticket.

Q:  Will the bus say happy bus on it?

A:Coaches are sub-contracted from reputable coach operators UK wide , Coaches should have a Happy Bus poster in the front window. There are a number of coaches that have 'Happy Bus' on the side of the vehicles , some coaches and some Double Deckers so please always check in the front window.

Q: Can we get our area covered as a pick up point ?

A:We can look at adding almost any area , please email us with any requests you want us to look at . It will of course help if you can encourage others to do the same.

Q: How Much Luggage can I bring to a festival?

A: You can bring 1 Large rucksack or Suitcase , 1 Case of Beer (no glass) ,Hand luggage and  1 Small tent for one person or a larger shared tent.

You can book extra capacity luggage on most of our festival trips , check your departure point for included routes.

Q:Are there discounts available for multiple bookings?

Q:Direct Travel , what does this mean?

A: Direct travel means we will transport you to the coach parking area at the event in question , it does not imply ''non stop travel'' . Pick ups can occur enroute for some trips.
